Mother's Day treat box

This Mother's Day treat box includes:

1 lemon and raspberry mini loaf cake

1 white chocolate and raspberry deep-dish cookie

2 vanilla and strawberry iced biscuits

1 fruit scone

1 pot of clotted cream and 1 pot of strawberry jam

2 Lindt white chocolate truffles 

vegan marshmallows

Collection is from Cutforth Way in Abbotswood, Romsey on the Friday 28th or Saturday 29th March. Collection times will be 4-6pm on the 28th March and 9-11 on the 29th March.

Ingredients: 

Lemon and raspberry loaf cake: flour (wheat/ gluten), sugar, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, butter (milk), milk, eggs, lemon extract, icing sugar, lemon zest and freeze-dried raspberries and lemon curd (butter (milk), eggs, sugar, lemon juice and lemon zest)

Vanilla and strawberry loaf cake: flour (wheat/ gluten), sugar, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, butter (milk), milk, eggs, vanilla extract, icing sugar, heart sprinkles (Sugar, Potato starch, Sunflower oil, Rice flour, Colours (E101, E171, E120), Glazing agent (shellac)),  Strawberry jam (Glucose-fructose syrup, strawberries, sugar, gelling agent (pectins), acid (citric acid), acidity regulator (sodium citrate)).

White chocolate and raspberry deep-dish cookies: flour (wheat/ gluten), butter (milk), light brown sugar, caster sugar, eggs, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, whey powder (milk), emulsifier: lecithins (soya), vanilla extract) and freeze dried raspberries. 

Fruit scones: flour (wheat/ gluten), sultanas, buttermilk (milk), butter (milk), sugar, clotted cream (milk), bicarbonate of soda, rice starch, eggs and grape juice. 

Rodda's Cornish clotted cream: cream (milk)

Strawberry jam: Glucose-fructose syrup, strawberries, sugar, gelling agent (pectins), acid (citric acid), acidity regulator (sodium citrate).

Iced biscuits: Flour (wheat, gluten), butter (milk), sugar, cornflour, eggs, vanilla extract (invert sugar syrup, glucose syrup, water, natural vanilla extract), salt, Strawberry jam (Glucose-fructose syrup, strawberries, sugar, gelling agent (pectins), acid (citric acid), acidity regulator (sodium citrate)), Icing (Sugar, glucose syrup, palm oil (certified sustainable), humectant (vegetable glycerol), emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), stabilisers (xanthan gum, carboxy methyl cellulose), preservative (potassium sorbate), flavouring).

Lindt white chocolate truffles: sugar, vegetable fat (coconut, palm kernel), whole milk powder, lactose, emulsifier (soya lecithin) and flavourings.
