Mother's Day cupcakes (3)

Three beautifully decorated vanilla cupcakes, filled with delicious strawberry jam and topped with rich vanilla buttercream and hand pressed fondant Mother's Day decorations. These beautiful cupcakes are presented in a box with a clear lid and tied with a satin bow.

Collection is from Cutforth Way in Abbotswood, Romsey on the Friday 28th or Saturday 29th March. Collection times will be 4-6pm on the 28th March and 9-11 on the 29th March.

Ingredients:

Cupcakes: Flour (wheat, gluten), sugar, butter (milk), eggs, milk, baking powder and vanilla extract.

Buttercream: Butter (milk), icing sugar, milk and vanilla extract.

Strawberry jam: Glucose-fructose syrup, strawberries, sugar, gelling agent (pectins), acid (citric acid), acidity regulator (sodium citrate).

Fondant: Sugar, glucose syrup, palm oil (certified sustainable), humectant (vegetable glycerol), emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), stabilisers (xanthan gum, carboxy methyl cellulose), preservative (potassium sorbate), flavouring.

Edible paint (dark gold): Water, Cornflour, Preservative (E202), Citric Acid, Soy Lecithin (soya), E555, E171

In addition we use the following colours:

• Colourmill - Latte and blush 

May contains traces of nuts as they are made in a kitchen that contains and uses nuts.
