Mother's Day biscuit bouquet

This biscuit bouquet includes 10 vanilla Mother's Day biscuits, beautifully iced with fondant and filled with delicious strawberry jam. The biscuits are hand painted with high quality edible paint and decorated with gold and white sugar pearls. These beautiful biscuits are presented in a box with a clear lid and tied with a satin bow.

Collection is from Cutforth Way in Abbotswood, Romsey on the Friday 28th or Saturday 29th March. Collection times will be 4-6pm on the 28th March and 9-11 on the 29th March. 

vanilla and strawberry iced biscuits:

Ingredients

Cookies: Flour (wheat, gluten), butter (milk), sugar, cornflour, eggs, vanilla extract (invert sugar syrup, glucose syrup, water, natural vanilla extract), salt.

Strawberry jam: Glucose-fructose syrup, strawberries, sugar, gelling agent (pectins), acid (citric acid), acidity regulator (sodium citrate).

Icing: Sugar, glucose syrup, palm oil (certified sustainable), humectant (vegetable glycerol), emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), stabilisers (xanthan gum, carboxy methyl cellulose), preservative (potassium sorbate), flavouring.

Edible paint (dark gold): Water, Cornflour, Preservative (E202), Citric Acid, Soy Lecithin (soya), E555, E171

In addition we use the following colours:

• Colourmill - Latte, green, blush, pink, peach and burgundy. 

May contains traces of nuts as they are made in a kitchen that contains and uses nuts.
