Vanilla iced biscuit: flour (wheat, gluten), corn flour, butter (milk), sugar, eggs and vanilla extract. strawberry jam: Sugar, Strawberries, Acidity Regulators (Citric Acid, Sodium Citrates), Gelling Agent (Pectins). Fondant toppers: sugar, glucose, palm oil, humectant (vegetable glycerol), emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), stabilisers (xanthan gum, carboxy methyl cellulose), preservative (potassium sorbate), flavouring.
