Ingredients

Strawberry jam: Glucose-fructose syrup, strawberries, sugar, gelling agent (pectins), acid (citric acid), acidity regulator (sodium citrate).
Fondant icing: Sugar, glucose syrup, palm oil, humectant (vegetable glycerol), emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), stabilisers (xanthan gum, carboxy methyl cellulose), preservative (potassium sorbate), flavouring.
Food colourings: Colourmill lemon (Glycerol (E422), Canola Oil, Colour (E102*), Emulsifiers (E322, E433). Colourmill latte - Glycerol (E422), Canola Oil, Colours (E172), Emulsifiers (E322, E433).
